Gibson, Ferrin & Riggs, PLC was formed on April 1, 1999, in response to a need for sophisticated legal representation of businesses and individuals in the East Valley. Our three founding members – Scott F. Gibson, Michael L. Ferrin, and Paul C. Riggs – each brought more than a decade of experience helping clients with their interactions with the law. The response from the community has been overwhelming, and the Firm has continued to grow at a steady pace.
