Brad’s current practice focuses on assisting homeowners who are facing bankruptcy or foreclosure proceedings.
In his bankruptcy practice, Brad has the expertise required to assist individuals and businesses alike in seeking a "fresh start" from certain financial burdens.
For homeowners facing foreclosure, Brad is also experienced in evaluating and determining whether a borrower will likely qualify for a loan modification, and if so, in preparing a loan modification package to present to the lender.
Brad communicates and works directly with the lending institution on the client's behalf. He works diligently to qualify clients for reductions of interest rates, conversions of adjustable interest rates to long term “fixed” rates, extentions of the terms of loans and sometimes reductions of principal.
Brad’s goal is to preserve and protect the clients’ assets and rights. |
